We are always working for you and your clients. Our maintenance supervisor is on call 24/7 and is more then happy to help tenants in need. We have a 24-hour virtual emergency line that works with our cell phones to ensure we get our calls even if the power is out!

- How much do we cost?

The Company

Harrity Real Estate Services was originally formed under Harrity Property Management by Luther Harrity in the fall of 2007. After making moves to grow the company and its services, Luther formed Harrity Real Estate Services in August 2008.

Harrity Real Estate Services strives to provide the highest quality service at an affordable price, fostering a win/win situation for all involved. We focus on building strong business relationships, and economic development in Greater Saint John, New Brunswick. In a city that has matured greatly over the past years, we want to help improve the quality of living for our tenants and become known for the great properties we manage and develop.

We offer expertise in property management services, and real estate sales through a cooperative between Harrity Real Estate Services and Royal LePage Atlantic.

Luther Harrity

President

Luther was born and raised in Kingston, New Brunswick – a rural area about 15 minutes from Saint John. Throughout high school and college Luther had the opportunity to operate his first business – a disk jockey service called Midnite Music. Over the years he’s had the opportunity to play a key role in entertainment companies in both Saint John and Fredericton.

In June 2007 Luther took his real estate pre-licensing course with the New Brunswick Real Estate Association. In July he wrote and passed his exam and received his license. Luther started his real estate sales career with Royal LePage Atlantic where he remains. Since his start in real estate, Luther has developed a passion for investments, and property management.

Being an entrepreneur, Luther saw an opportunity and a need for professional property management in the Greater Saint John area and started to develop Harrity Real Estate Services.
